My Cock & Fox Dartboard
November 16th, 2009I bought a used dartboard cabinet at a furniture and bric-a-brac store on N. 3rd in Brooklyn. It can be opened and shut, like a regular non-dartboard cabinet. Each wooden wing has a chalkboard for scoring Cricket. The board came with a hodgepodge of old darts, two of which are very small. One dart is too light and doesn’t fly well. Some have gnarly fins (in a bad way). So what I’m saying is this: I’ll need to get new darts.
The pictures below are NOT of the exact one I bought. Do NOT think these two boards are pictures of my Cock $ Fox dartboard. They merely resemble the Cock $ Fox dartboard I bought.

If I ever get good at darts, then I too will be as happy as this adult man.

This is 2004 BDO World Darts Champion Andy “The Viking” Fordham. He may not be ranked No. 1 anymore, but he’s still the man to beat as far as I’m concerned. This game’s all about your wrist strength (I think) and each of his wrists is bigger than my two wrists combined. That’s why they call him The Viking. And that’s why they call me “a guy who’s not that good at darts.”
