A bizarre passage from a recent Digital Journal piece about Scrabulous, the only Facebook app. worth my time:

But one free gaming app has stormed into Facebook like an iPhone at a house party: Scrabulous is the fifth most popular application on the social network, attracting more than 3.5 million registered users.

Guy 2: You mean, not bananas. Bananas is good.

Guy 1: Yeah, boi.

[An iPhone belonging to no one in particular enters the house.]

Guy 1: Hey, an iPhone!

Guy 2: Bananas!

Lady 1: Is this your house party?

Guy 1: Yeah, boi.

Lady 1: It’s so great that an iPhone’s here. So great. So cool. You’re so strong.

[Fast curtain.]
